I have the same problem with school. I just do not want to get down to work! It's been especially hard with all of this nice weather we've been having.
Owen Wilson shocked me too. I though my roommate was pulling a fast one on me when she first told me.
I love Josh Groban! My roommate and I saw him sometime last spring and it was amazing. We too were too high up to be a part of the excitement. I have "Awake" if you want it or don't have it already. :D
I'm on a Firefly kick, which counts since it's Joss Weadon too. :D
School is definitely a bummer. I mean, there are fun parts... then there's the actual "OMG STRESS!!1!" part. :) I feel you.
Poor Owen. I thought my friend was pulling my leg, too! I was like, "That's not funny." Turned out it really wasn't. Sigh.
Oh us fellow nosebleeders! Seats so high, but no fondling of the Josh. ;) Aww, you're sweet. I actually do have the "Awake" track; it's probably one of the most played on my iTunes. I'm a sucker for it. It's so... guh.
I'm sure you'll recognize me from my username ;) I've recently gotten into Livejournal (better late than never!), and I stumbled on yours, so I thought I'd say hi :)
Well, there's no power on earth that would keep me from friending you back! Yay! ♥ How awesome that you've found lj! I'm running to check out your journal right now!!
My journal is still pretty much empty, but I'll try to get better :) I'm still trying to get the hang of this thing, it can be a little overwhelming for a newbie!
That thing about Owen Wilson was sad, but interesting. I'm not a fan of him, not that I don't like him I just know nothing about him, but it's very true that most of the BEST and most talented comedians are ironically people with a tragic sense. Marty Feldman would always go on about that.

Eloquently said! I think it's a case of having to be funny for a living, basically, so in private it's harder to carry over. It's harder to always be that way people expect you to be, based on what your famed for. Then nobody ever sees it coming when scares like this happen. It's very sad and, like you mentioned, drowning in irony. Sigh!
