How do you know if you're doing it right?

Okay, so Monday was my first yoga class and, as I am not usually one to go to such things, it took Amber having to ask me if I'd like to go to class with her. It's probably a bit of both - you're in good shape, and if you are, the moves do not affect you as much unless you know how to push it. A year ago I was at a point where yoga got me to relax, but I didn't feel like it was challenging me anymore. I made sure I pushed the moves further, and that made a difference. I don't get very sore anymore either, unless I accidentally tweak something, but I can still feel the muscle groups repairing themselves the next day ( ... )

I agree with hannah. When i took yoga I didnt feel it for the first month or so. And I want doing it 'wrong' but I wasnt pushing myself either. You need to work yoga to fit you. The other option is pilates. probaby less gay men though : (
And i wish yall gym'ed out here. i want class buddies : (
