A pain in my neck

I don't mean that subject to mean that someone I know is being a pain in my neck, or that I'm having a particularly rough time in a class or at work, but as to mean that there is literally a pain in my neck. I wish I had someone here who was willing to give me a neck rub. It really hurts to turn my head right now
