An Olympic pool was set on the roof of the nations’ hotel, surrounded only by glass only. There was a closet near the elevator, that had all items for a real pool party, that ranged from balls and nets for playing, to just floating cushions for relaxing. His usual look of annoyance took it's place cross his face and he sighed as the American, still having not noticed him, roamed his way round the pool,"Great, aru..." Yao's voice leaked with sarcasm as he sighed again and tried to mop the water off his papers,"...just great."

"Oh HEY! Um...sorry Yao! Sorry!" He doggy paddeled over to the pool edge. He climbed out and gingerly fast-walked over to get some towels and held about five of them and gave a sheepish grin.
"I was taken aback by such serene beauty that I kinda..didn't..hear you. Sorry China, sorry!"

China sighed and took two of the dry towels, tossing one over America's head and keeping one for himself as he made another attempt to dry off his work.
"...no use, aru...these are ruined," He sighed again before he stood up and closed his notebook, leaving it on his chair.
Yao walked calmly over to the pool's edge, "You both really are amateurs, aru," He smirked, "This is how you do it,"
And with that, he took a quick step back before launching himself into the air, spreading both his arms out before he hit the water, creating a splash big enough to cover the two Englishmen.

Er, one nation. Alfred, of course. The other was soaking wet, and not exactly very happy about it. He should probably just turn around right now and- no. No he shouldn't. He wanted to enjoy the pool, too, and dammit he was going to.
Or at least the view. He was having second thoughts about getting into the water.
Snickering to himself, Arthur approached Yao and surveyed the damage. His expression turned more serious after a moment, however, and he sighed. "Oh, jeez. That looks bad," he sympathized. "Stupid idiot needs to think about other people every once and a while."
