There was a constant bouncing noise. It was rythmic and steady and suddenly it speeds up like a creshendo and disappears. The sound of a net being moved from its stationary place it heard and another bounce echos against the walls of the gym. Alfred was walking towards the bouncing ball. Even a rousing game of basketball, a good 'ol American pasttime beside football and baseball, wasn't makine Alfred feel anymore happier then he was before he walked in the gym sopping wet and in his swim trunks ( ... )

Yao entered the gym with one of the pool side's white towels still wrapped around his neck. He hoped whomever owned the place wouldn't mind that he had taken it, the towels matched everywhere anyways. China had gotten tired of the pool so quick now that England had splashed everywhere...bugging around for his sandals.

With his small travel bag around his arm, he slipped in between two of the rooms, quickly pulling on a white shirt to match what was thought as the usual gym attire. With a sigh, he calmly stepped up to one of the wall mirrors and picked up two of the small wrist weights. Slipping them on, he stretched his legs and slowly bent over to touch his feet.

"No Korea in sight, aru..." He took a quick look around before going down any further, "I can do this, aru..I can do thi-CRIK!"

And with that, Yao fell limp to the floor. "Aiyah...my back, aru..." He rubbed it in more annoyance then pain and sighed.

"I'm too old for this, aru..."

230...231..232...

Alfred was lifting the now strenuous bar up and down, up and down until he heard some sort of 'CRIK' sort of noise.

"What the...?" Alfred lifted the bar a last time and settleed it in place before sitting up from his small pool of sweat. He grabbed a towel from his bag and was running it over his hair as he rounded a corner and looked over a rack of weights and noticed the injured Asian, China.

"Holy He-YAO!" Alfred jumped over and frantically looked at the limp nation.

"Dude...did anyone ever tell you that in your old age you're more prone to throwing your back out..? I'm no doctor so umm...I'll go look for some ice..."

Alfred wasn't sure if there was any ice in the vacinity. He was jogging until he found a vending machine.

BING!! He had an idea.

There was a THUD sound and then another THUD sound coming from the machine. Alfred grabbed two cold water bottles and jogged back over to the crippled nation. He stood the water bottles by Yao.

"Okay so..these are the next best thing for a thrown out back..."

After a small mini training session with America, Hong Kong continued walking around the training area. The facilities were really really good...he had to commend the bosses for a job well done. A little later, he noticed America running past him, holding two water bottles in hand.

"...Oh, hello again America." Mao greeted, turning around, "I see yo----huh? Where is going in such a hurry?"

He decided to follow the American to the Gym, wondering if something was wrong. As soon as he got in, he spotted the American and Yao on the ground...YAO?! He didn't look very well either...Mao raced to them, in a fit of worry...

"Yao!" He asked, "H-how are you feeling?!"

China rubbed his back in a fit of pain as the American kneeled next to him with the cold bottles of water.

"T-thank you, aru..." He took one for his back, "I, uh....thought I could go all the way down."

Yao heard a familiar voice and look up again only to find Hong Kong standing over them. At Mao's worries, China tried to shrug it off...thinking that it was no big deal. He wasn't that old...with a little more practice, he could be doing back flips all over again.

"I'm fine, aru...just pulled something; it's no big deal," He went to simply shrugged, then winced at the result, "O-ow, aru..."
