First Event: Body Swap

Oct 15, 2009 20:26

After some confusion in the kitchen, many nations retired to their rooms’ right after dinner, a few others remained around for a few rounds of drinking. The thing is, none of them really knew what had really triggered things.

As they slept, snug in their beds, many cuddling with their loved ones, none of them had any idea just what was happening to ( Read more... )

The first rays of sunlight slipped into the room, sneaking over the floor and several pieces of furniture, resting themselves partly on the two figures in the bed. Romano thought he was able to have a peaceful sleep, one that wouldn't have been disturbed by such a thing as a bit of light but boy was he wrong ( ... )

Why does my body feel so heavy? Tino rolled over once.

Did I get drunk with Eesti last night?

He would've sworn that he went to bed not all too intoxicated together with Berwald. Of course, if he had been partying heavily with Eduard, there was a chance he did not remember this. Whatever the case, this was one hell of hangover, his limbs felt.. so heavy..

He was forced to start waking at the sound of a low voice. Sweden? He turned, no Sweden wouldn't be so loud, or clear in his pronunciation. Eduard wasn't quite that low either ( ... )

Leaning on the sink Romano took in some deep breaths to get himself to calm. His, or rather Ludwig's, body was all tense from the shock. That guy was a true nervous wreck wasn't he? He turned his gaze to look at the Dane. What hell did he just shout? Tanska? What the hell was Tanska ( ... )

Waking up, Berwald thought the bed felt rather empty. And somehow too big... Grumbling away that thought, he thought Tino had perhaps gotten out of bed before him. It wasn't an unusual occurrence ( ... )

Herakles remembered going to bed warm. Now he felt slightly cold, and he curled up closer and tighter to the warm thing next to his. Still determined to sleep the rest of the morning away, especially with the sudden headache he felt, he kept his eyes shut. The Greek was blissfully drifting back to the edge of sleep, when he heard Ludwig scream.

Wincing at the noise, he rolled over and away from what he'd been cuddling, and pulled a pillow over his head. He also ignored the knock on the door, thinking Iceland could get it. The nord was a lighter sleeper than he was anyway. And his bed was closer to the door. If neither of them answered, and it wasn't important enough, whoever was knocking would go away.

With a sigh, he stretched out his legs, and went back to sleep.

China could feel his partner snuggle up closer to him, just to get warm. He smiled, barely half asleep, and pulled an arm around his Hong Kong just as a rather startling scream came from one of the other rooms. With a sleepy yawn, Yao stretched his legs, which were feeling strangely long for some reason, and sat up.

Yao blinked a few times, trying to adjust to the dim light, but it just didn't cut it.

"Aru...?" He rubbed his eyes, wondering if it was really just to dark.

But an instinct brought him to reach over to the bed-side table. His hands brushed across some kind of metal contraption; once again taken by instinct to bring the spectacles to his face. Yao blinked again, the space in front of him finally coming clear.

"...s-since when do I need glasses, aru?" But that wasn't the only thing on China's mind; as soon as he noted the one next to him, he was struck with shock, hurrying to the opposite side of the bed...and with his new size, falling off the edge with a rather loud crash on the floor.

It seemed a lot of things were trying to keep him from sleeping this morning, thought Herakles, sighing at the added noise. Someone with a deep voice was talking, but he didn't quite recognize it, muffled as it was, by the pillow on his head. Then he thought Sadiq had waltzed into his room, just to piss him off ( ... )

The bed had never felt this comfortable. Poland was beginning to wake up with a grin on his face and part of his head burrowed in a pillow. It felt so cool against his warm skin. It felt like he had more space which actually caused the blond to stay in just a tad longer. He was known to sleep in but once awake he was awake ( ... )

(((I'm fashionably late and you know it. 8'B )))

Japan, or at least what the blond nation perceived to be Japan, grunted when shaken. Why couldn't he sleep in, just this once? As if he wasn't under enough stress, he just had to be deprived of sleep.

Iceland took the spare pillow from his bed and whacked Poland in the face with it without even opening his eyes. He was used to sunlight, being as far north as he was, but he was still to tired to bother.

He turned back over to face the wall, away from the ditz of a nation.

"Go. Away. Now." Too tired to take note of the change in his tone of voice, Sindri curled up and tried to fall back asleep, not even realizing that the voice which had perturbed him from his slumber did not belong, in the least, to his dear husband.

(OOC: Bleah, the post was long and I suddenly felt inclined to make it longer. Sorry for the spam.)

Ludwig woke up, and felt... light.

His eyes flickered open and he caught a glimpse of his arm. It was long and skinny.

...Wait, skinny?!

Like someone had lit a candle under his hind end, he sat up so fast he nearly catapulted out of bed. Indeed, his whole body seemed to be skinnier. He made eye contact with the mirror across the room and nearly died. Looking back at him was China's face.

This time he really did jump out of bed, scanning himself, pinching himself, feeling for muscles that were significantly leaner than what he was used to. After convincing himself that yes, he was in fact in China's body, he forced himself to settle down. The time to freak out would be... in a few minutes. Right. Who was he sharing a room with? It was Hong Kong's body, but maybe this had happened to others, too. Either way, losing it in front of someone was not the way to go.

Upon settling down, Ludwig felt a strange, undescribable energy. That's ( ... )

It had been a peaceful night. Or so Alfred thought when he went to bed that night before. He looked forward to those sweet words "Good Morning Alfred" sung by his maple angel, Matthew. Instead Alfred was rudely awakened by China.

Or so he thought.

"What the heck China...get out of myroom..." Alfred shooed at the Asian nation and noticed something. He was wearing silk.

"S-s-s-silk?? WHA..." Alfred shot up and noticed he was NOT in his red, white and blue pajamas and he was MOST DEAFINETLY NOT next to his beloved brother and wife Canada but instead...China?!

"GAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!" Alfred fell backwards out of the bed, rolled a bit and stood in a defensive position. He was still unaware of the physical difference.

"W-wwhwhwhwwhwaatt...WH..." Alfred noticed the difference in pitch of his voice. HIS HEORIC VOICE WAS GONE...

"GOOD SWEET LADY LIBERTY, WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!??"

There was only one nation Ludwig knew of that would ever use an expression like "GOOD SWEET LADY LIBERTY, WHAT IS GOING ON HERE?!" "America? Is that you?" he asked, quite relieved that he wasn't the only victim of a body swap. "Judging from the noise, I don't think we're the only ones who've gotten such a rude awakening."

As always, Ludwig's first response was to formulate a course of action. "Do you want to investigate what's going on, or do you still need to get adjusted to your new body?" Truth be told, he was still getting used to his. And he didn't think he'd ever get used to how high China's voice was in comparison to his own.

(OOC: Urgh, short, crappy post... sorry.)

Alfred, or for the time being, Hong Kong, stood shaking in his new body. It was so unmasculine and NOT Heroic feeling. He shook his head.

"Yeah..I think investigating is good. Plus I want to go find Matthew. I hope he's okay."

A long sigh passed his lips as Alfred slowly walked towards the door.

He didn't know what woke him up. Maybe some sounds or something. Well what fucking ever he was now awake. Slowly Gilbert dared to open his eyes. Yes..last night...what the hell happened last night? Well he didn't remember really that well, but he could tell the minute he came into a concious state that he had realy had quite a few drinks last night ( ... )

High pitched screams woke Hong Kong up from his sleep...but that was weird..he did not feel Yao next to him. Mao swore he was hugging his husband before the two went to sleep yesterday...He shrugged in the end though, Yao probably got up early to finish some work. He also didn't bother wondering what the noise was, things like these always happen when you're with the other nation-tans...

Mao stretched and scratched the back of his head sleepily... he wasn't much of a morning person and did not tend to notice things. One odd thing he did noticed was that his hair was longer...and hair doesn't grow that fast overnight. Also his arms felt bare, his sleeves felt shorter then they should be. Once he rubbed the sleepiness out of his eyes, it was then he had a feeling that something was wrong...very, very wrong...

The walls were PINK..hell actually EVERYTHING was pink...even the frilly pajamas he found himself wearing was pink! How did he get into this room? And he also didn't feel like himself...where was the mirror?

"WHAT THE SHIT?" The ( ... )

Prussia looked up from his view and stared straight at Poland, now with a grin.

"I have no idea in hell what you're doing in this room, Ponyboy. Or why the hell do I have these huge ju....what?" his grin faded at the same time he registered what Poland had said about him.
Hungary...what the! For a sec Gilbert only stared at at the sissy boy, letting his hands fall down from where they were until he was on the move again. Gladly there was some stupid girly dresser in the room with a huge mirror. In a second Prussia was infront of it, stareing at the green long-lashed eyes of Hungary, framed with the long brown hair and crowned with the bomb of a body and yes, big frontal ( ... )

“Ponyboy?” He mumbled to himself sleepily, watching Hungary as she stared at herself in the mirror, with a look of horror in her features. Did she not know what she looked like?....and was she blushing at herself?

Another high-pitched outburst caused Hong Kong to snap awake. Hungary then proceeded to yell questions at him. 'Ponyboy again? He didn't even like ponies...Pandas were much, much better... He thought, but that was just him.

Mao nods to her question calmly, “...Yes I do see you Hungary. What is the awesome you?”

“ ...I'm sorry but who is this Ponyboy? I am Hong Kong..” He added, yawning afterwards.

If Hong Kong could give a guess, he would think that Hungary was actually acting like Prussia.
