That's pretty amazing. I can't do it. I just started getting motivated enough to get up at 7 lol. I should go to the gym more. I wish I could go with you guys sometimes, but they were just too expensive.
There's a song stuck in my head that goes "I want to burn on a beach where the sand is littered with razor blades" and I keep singing it "I want to burn on a beach where the sand is riddled with laser blades".
I think laser blades might be worse. WTF is a laser blade? Bad news for humans, that's what.
Ya know...I tried that once. When I had evening classes there was no other time for me to go. So I got set to do it and then my alarm went off at 5am...and I said "Oh hell no." and reset the alarm and went back to bed. haha So more power to ya...
And also the PTA student in me must say this--don't start off pushing yourself too hard in the morning...make sure to start slow cause your muscles are stiff and not warmed up. Maybe do a walk/slow jog for about 7 min before you start with weights. Just to help avoid injury.
I did about 5 minutes on the bike before I went to the weights :) I am going to keep doing that I think its a good idea to wake the body up before making it lift heavy things repeatedly.
