The Fast begins.

I visited JMU today expecting very little but it wasn't that bad. Actually, it could be considered very nice if you like bigger schools. But I sure as hell don't.

Side note: I ran into Julie K. She's doing well.

School's actually quite enjoyable. I think I can say this for the first time in my life. I think it's a combination of being a senior and having an awesome schedule. I really love astronomy. It makes me want to get a telescope. Yeah.

I'm visiting JMU on Monday. Honestly not too excited.

Geez, this is wierd. I'm posting more now than I did when I was home. Getting on a computer is not as difficult as I thought it would be. Things are still going very well, except that the director of the tennis program is a complete dick. It's funny that I mention this because he's sitting right next to me. What a piece of shit. So far camp has been really good. I'm not with a cabin, but I am on tennis staff. It means that I have about 1/10 the responsibility of most other counselors. It's great. It's hot as hell down here though. I'm burning up! Also, I get to see Ben, my brother, a whole lot more than I did at home. This makes me happy. I wish I had my camera. ( Read more... )

I'm leaving for camp today. I'm happy except it will be 7 fucking weeks away from home, and normal society for that matter. It will be fun though.
