I'm going to see Romeo and Juliet performed by the Russian National Ballet Theatre on Friday! I'm so excited--haven't been to the ballet since college. It's all thanks to groupon, which despite it's awful ad campaign, is a pretty cool service for the struggling young person who wants to go to cool restaurants, plays, museums etc. but can't always

Oh. My. God. o_o You lucky person, you!!! *flails; so jealous!* Russian ballet is generally recognized as one of the best schools in the world so I think you'll definitely enjoy their performance. I saw Prokofiev's Romeo and Juliet ballet while I was an undergrad and I loved the experience (even though the interpretation of the story was interesting and a bit unorthodox).

P.S. And speaking of getting back into PT writing, I was wondering if you'd be interested in contributing to a doujinshi I've been working on. The main theme of the doujinshi is Fakir and Ahiru's married life as newlyweds. I'm sourcing guest artists/writers who might be interested in contributing.
