I’m still trying to become used to this new name. It feels like an alias and that I’m not really me…if that makes any sense.

I’ve uploaded the two Froudian sphinx pictures from his book Good faeries/Bad Faeries These are my favourite faeries and I’m very undecided as to which one I should make my default picture. They’re both gorgeous.

Thankies. :)

I like his faeries that have a lot of light and I like the meaning associated with the sphinxes. The man's just a genius. I wish he'd come to a convention!

I'm using foresty greens with fine angora wool for the veining. The angora wool is rainbowy greens. It's hard to describe but as soon as I saw the wool it reminded me of Froudian colours.

Well you did a wonderful job with them. :)

Thank you! I just hope I can materialise it into 3D now.

I've only just started reading it myself. It is about a group of pilgrims who are travelling together for 5 days in England. There are people from all walks of life in this group and they each tell a tale which reflects diffeerent spheres of society. The entire book is written in verse which is something quite different. It sounds inetersting so far. We'll see how it progresses.

Aww thank you. *feels all warm and fuzzy now* That's why I picked a name incorporating the sphinx cause I feel I'm turning a leaf in a way.

*squeezy hugs to you*
