I am so very proud of myself for today I cooked chips successfully. I know many of you will scoff at this achievement but in all my previous attempts I have never been able to get a nice batch of cooked chips. So yay for me ( Read more... )

I just want to mention two things.

1. It shouldn't surprise me, but every year it comes as a shock to the system to see Christmas items being put out almost 4 months before Christmas. Spring has barely begun! I don't want to think of Christmas just yet.

I always seem to get myself into awkward situations in all areas of my life. Today it was at work. This week I've planned out three theme days for kindy after a class vote yesterday. I was wondering if anyone here has ever enrolled in the witchschool.com courses as a paid up member? I'm tossing up whether to pay up because some of the courses sound very interesting. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Of all days of the year, my body decided to play up today. My lovely day that I had planned to spend in the bookstores in Sydney and then at Alicja's place for her birthday this evening went out the window. :( So I am stuck at home on another Saturday evening.
