I am now of the unwavering belief that aerobics classes are perpetuated by a beautiful web of LIES. It is at the very end when your bright purple and have completely embarassed yourself in front of a group of total strangers who had spent their last hour trying not to trip over your twitching carcass that the perky big eyed instructor comes over

This was hilarious. Laughter is a great way to wake up (though I'm sure aerobics is too). I've never personally taken a real aerobics class (not counting any P.E. activities in school), but when I was little my mom used to drag me occasionally to her classes if she had no other option, but I never participated (I might have been told specifically not to) and just hung out in a corner or something, drawing or reading or whatever. James and I belonged to a gym when we still lived in California, and I constantly debated going to one of the many classes they offered. But I'm a chicken so I never did it.
