Seeing Alvin Ailey's company was positively amazing---the show I felt was so short (around an hour) but it made me sad I wasn't studying dance (= AMAZING SHOW). It's was 20's and 30's inspired which i suppose was fitting and a nice parallel to my own life what, with reading The Grapes of Wrath and studying FDR in history ( Read more... )
