I'm still really shaky today, but feeling human again. I feel a little depressed and use humor and a Little Rock accent to fend it off. I made cinnamon swirl muffins this morning. They taste good. I still can't lay still....er....yeah. I have more energy than I know what to do with. Its amazing. Like I'm on double speed or something. I feel

I figure its just because I'm now chemically out of balance and what I need is not to put more chemicals in there and just let my body find equalibrium on its own.

Yeah yeah... I really have to make it to one of those. The thing is...I can't drink port. It gives me heartburn something fierce. I could go for some hot tubbing though.
