to Cyd: I couldn't beleive it when I read her story -- just kept getting worse and worse!!! What terrible people those employees were!

The truly sad part is that it doesn't surprise me.

I haven't flown United in years, since almost every flight I took was followed up by another flight I got for free because the previous one had been screwed up in some fashion. And that's WITHOUT the disability stuff even coming into play!

I have seen enough shit surrounding how people with invisible disabilities are treated that this sooooooooo doesn't surprise me.
