i hate it (or do i?) when all I can think of is how i should just stop thinking about something...since I'm then not only still thinking about it but also beating myself up for thinking about it...i guess that's that whole "being human" thing for ya - what's up with that, yo?

on the plus side i'm getting back in touch with my beloved yoga - which usually helps with that whole life thing :)

I have heard that whole process of beating yourself up for being negative as negative negativity. It has been described as one of the most dangerous of our human tendancies. for what reasons, i know not.

Let's see, since i have gotten back to seattle i have been hanging out with a lot of people, lots of dating... .which is weird. I want to share the stories, but i dont want to alienate certain people who read my blog. so i keep it to myself.
