I like the lonely Converse. ^_^" The warm tones of the hardwood floor really off-set the lonely sneaker well.
When you take outdoor photos, are you using a blue filter? I'm also kind of curious what kind of camera rig you're using.
My digital camera died this weekend. ;_; Granted, it was my first ever and it was 7 years old (it was a Nikon CoolPix 660), so it had to die eventually.
hi! thanks for the nice words about the sneaker photo. It does look kind of lonely....
As for rig and for my technique: honestly I have no idea what I"m doing. I don't even know what kind of camera it is, but I've pretty much decided that it sucks and I need a newer (better) one. Also, I don't think I'm using a blue filter, but couldn't tell you!
sorry I can't be more help and sorry about the death of your camera. Are you going to replace it?
I thought you were using a blue filter because your outdoor photos look overly blue. It might just be the metering device/color balance in your camera though, or how it reacts to sunlight.
As for my camera, I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet. If/when I ever get that tax "relief" that supposedly is going to all of us Usonians, I might buy a new one. So far I haven't seen a dime, though.
