Unfortunately my first suggestion would be that you should take the kids away from her. If and when she comes back, don't let her take the kids anywhere with her. The second thing I would say is to get Tracie some serious professional help. Rehab or something of that nature. She's gonna need it.

I agree 100% with Candice. If she's doing the drugs, she'll obviously test positive for them if she tries to fight you. I realize that you and your parents can't take care of them, but do you really want them around that? This really sucks, especially for her kids.
