I had an agreement with one that hung out between the outdoor light switch and the back door handle for a fortnight during the last phase of rain.. So long as it left Ned alone and didn't jump on anyone using the door or the light he was very welcome.. Ned got to have a good look at him and I got the morning lecture each day of "he's a nice but a dangerous spider, don't touch him but he will protect us" (from mozzies)

I get similar talks from him every time we see bees inthe yard.. :)
