Ug allergies are making me feel like crap. One eye is dry and itchy and feels like there is something in it when I can't see a damn thing that could be in it. My throat is all bleh and my sinuses are fuckered.

Dani makes a point. If you don't nab your allergies and get em under control you can easily end up with sinus infections. Take it from one who knows *omnious nod*

MY recommends? For allergy AND sinus: Advil allergy/sinus - the one you need an ID to buy. Claritin is only helpful is you get claritin-D. BOTH will dehydrate you so drinks tons. You can also try Nasonex (perscription) or Sudafed nasal spray (not to be confusted with Afrain - sudafed has a spray for allergies.

AVOID zicam!!!
