A meme I'm filling out. Because I feel like it.

Tell me about your top ten favourite movies of all time, starting with no.1 first, all of which must include the year they came out. Give a brief description for each one, including a reason why you like it so much -- when you're done, tag five friends!

I'll do it! It'll be hard, but I'll do it. That's what SHE said.

Haha! You have VERY different movie taste to me!! I liked a lot of those movies (Nightmare before Christmas :D) but they don't make my top ten.

Well, here's my list for the moment (and it is always changing):

1) Fight Club. Best movie ever. I don't think anything I can say about it will do it any justice! Love everything about it. It has humour, it has thinking points, interesting plot, great actors and characterisation, suspense... everything I want in a movie!

Other movies I liked:

Requiem For A Dream (so depressing... but SO good. Perhaps not something I want to watch more than once), The Machinist (Quirky, black humour, suspense!), Lord Of War (Once again... black humour + gritty subject matter prevails)... oh now I've run out of movies D:

Recently I REALLY really liked The Departed and The Prestige! That's still only 6 movies... XD

Toy Story and Toy Story 2 - unexpectedly funny and the beginning of the 3D kids movie saga because they started getting more predictable...

Go - I remember watching it heaps when I was a teen! Oh, the nostalgia.

Ohohoh Interview with a Vampire! How could I forget that movie?

Never seen most of those movies, except Lord of War. That's a good one.

Geez, I've just seen this one, and I'm taking it... I love movies, and I have to agree with you in the Gremlins point. It's so cool, the first was good, but the second was darkly hilarious!! Now, going to post it on my LJ...
