My boyfriend swears by Addi Turbos. I just swear at them.

I used to be a wood-only knitter, but I'm slowly shifting over to Addi circs.

Picked up a couple of Tipping Points by Boyle at Stitches - they're like budget Signatures.

I love Addi Turbos. I like bamboo too! Agree on DPNS, a necessary evil? Ditto on circulars. I hate using straight needles.

DPNs are not necessary! I use Magic Loop for everything. It is magic!

When I don't need the full length, I use Magic Circle LOOP I MEAN LOOP. I can't google it right now, but if you do "magic Circle LOOP knitting", you'll get something that'll save your life.

Addi Turbos are metal circulars that are extremely slippery. Some people swear by them. I swear at them because my stitches keep slipping off the needles. I love bamboo because the yarn catches on to the teeny irregularities in the bamboo and doesn't slip off.
