I think lots of people feel the same way. I feel the same way sometimes.

Even if nothing lasts forever, you really don't need anything or anyone, but yourself. Even so, you should feel lucky because some people started with nothing at all. If you lost it, you were lucky to have anything at all.

i got it from final fantasy viii. i'm a dork, i know. but i thought it was cool. it's an interesting way of looking at things, a sad way. but yes, one is lucky to have anything at all, if anything is lost--i totally agree with that. it's too hot. aye aye aye...
