Insomnia

So I have a huge hate on for Insomnia. The real killer is that I haven't experienced it in the past with any regularity. But now out of the bluish grey I am awake....really awake...at 2-3 in the morning. Now this wouldn't be as much of an issue if I was sleeping until then, but no....I am staying wide awake until then. Stress! That's usually it. Methinks you need to get some relaxing you time, like massages and the like. :)

Ugh. That BLOWS, sweetie... are you doing any different before bed? New tea or foodstuff? Shiney New source of stress? :(

I've heard that combining calcium + magnesium with melatonin can help a lot... or, you can just do the rum + benedryl combo I favor. :P
