It was time for a new layout

So I coded one; I'm actually pretty pleased with how well it came out; I learned how to do rounded corners (not difficult at all, though they don't show up in IE) and did this much faster than I did my first layout (four days as opposed to two weeks) and so, with great pride I pimp out a layout I coded from scratch.

This poll needed tickyboxing. These days I tend to have both IE and Chrome running at once, and sometimes also Firefox if I'm in an RP kind of mood.
