How's it going, guys? I'd like to cut to the chase, once again, I need your help. I plan on cosplaying as Selena Quintanilla for Halloween and the outfit looks like this (

I have zero sewing skills. The only seamstress in the house is my mom and I highly doubt she'll lift a finger to help in this department.
I know I'm good with safety pins and those little pins but I'm not very good with putting stuff together, otherwise.
But thanks for the suggestion. Who are you going to be for halloween.
