I'm making a list of things. prepare yourself for the following.

Things I don't want to eat anymore:
  • chocolate candy bars
  • real ice cream
  • sour gummy worms (at least for awhile since I eat a whole bag within 24hrs)
  • milk (already have this one down)
  • meat, ever. (almost 10 months meat free)
  • alfredo (this one is going to be hard)

Why milk? Calcium is good for you, last time I checked.

uhhhh milk isn't the sole source of calcium.... I do drink Silk Soymilk which is calcium fortified (as well as being fortified with many other vitamins). in fact, I'd dare say that I get more vitamins that the "normal" person with no dietary restrictions. I'd even go so far to say that I get more protein that the average person.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. I eat soynuts. I drink milk. It's honestly not to get all the vitamens and minerals you need in a day without cutting the tastiest portions of the diet out.

As someone once said, everything in moderation.

I don't consider meat and milk the "tastiest portions" of any diet.

and if you say that it's not to get all the minerals and vitamins that one needs in a day, then what was the point of the comment?
