Oh man, Lindsey that is awful. That's also something that I would probably do seeing as I've done it to my keyboard 3 times already. I hope they'll be able to fix your lap top. If not, they do sell desk tops for as low as $400 and maybe you could do a monthly payment plan. I'll be praying that your lap top will make it though.
