i was thinking about posting this but didn't know what to say. i know who you are talking about but i think that unfortunately there are a lot more than two girls. its so sad because in addition to the symptoms you listed i think the biggest consequence will be the emotional ones. i hope that they get help but unfortunately it doesn't sound like they will listen to anyone and it will probably take something serious like them passing out or ending up in the hospital on a feeding tube to wake them up.
