Today I recieved a surprise parcel in the mail. It turns out that this awesome friend of mine ordered a set of the most amazing knitting needles to be shipped to me.

Those are very cool needles! (not that I know what you'd knit with them, being a complete knitting klutz...) And it is nice to see some photos of you, too :)

Socks, shawls, anything in a tube shape. Instead of going back and forth you can just keep knitting round and round and round... And being the nerd that I am I hope to some day manage knitting a shawl/cowl in the shape of a Moebius band. There are plenty of patterns around, but most of them are just fake where you knit a rectangle and twist one end before stitching together. I want to knit a "proper" one with no seams. *grins*
The amazing thing about this kit is that you get a number of different lengths for circular needles, but it also contains stoppers so that you can use the plastic cords and points as regular needles and then there are of course no limits to what you could make. :)
