why hello there...
sorry.... i've been a bit busy in the last few... WEEKS!
i've been doing this fun thing called nerdapalooza and it's kinda been consuming every inch of my life.
here's the gist of things, though:
- still single... but now i'm actually enjoying that fact ^_^
- i've been getting WAY into nerd music....
- ...in fact imma daily dj in the underground scene....
- ... and i have my first live show this thursday (see below for poster)
- imma part of a local creative writing collective... so i'm working on my video game novel again ^_^ (yup, the one with all the raining... good job for remembering! ^_~)
- currently reading the world is flat by thomas l. friedman: interesting book about globalization... i really dig and agree with some of the stuff the cat says about the benefits about this "natural progression" that the individual can reap from this... but i feel that he glazes over the moral implications of globalization a tad too much (a metric tad defined as the distance between the edges of the grand canyon in nanometers)
- kinda working on a band with a guy in portland called beat fighter ii... but that whole time issue is in the way
- i've realized i have the most fun blogging on livejournal, instead of facespace or bloggerland (and it is in an inexplicable way)
i believe that is all the updates that are pertinent... if i think of any more I WILL BE SURE TO ANNOY YOU WITH THEM! (and as promised....)
yeah.... as stated... i enjoy posting here... so i may continue doing it. ^_^
