Oh max... it's called senioritis... and it's a bitch.
And jesus, you are entitled to feel "meh" every once in a while, even about marching band. And for other people to tell you that's not okay is wrong. I certainly wasn't a drum major last year, and didnt hold half the importance that you did, but i know there were definately times when i just wanted to quit. It doesn't make you bad... it makes you human. You're a good kid, and i know that you think that your an asshole... but i always enjoyed you. Stick it out and be true to yourself. Be great and have fun!

trust me
but when you look back, all you will see are the good times, IE marching band will be one of the biggies. i promise you. plus you know all of the 'alumni' from the 04 football season are there for you, and absolutely know what u r going thru.
