I agree that the prosecutor probably could have done a better job charging the crime, but at the end of the day, it still doesn't come out looking right.
And yeah, I thought the condoms was weird too. The only reason I can think of for condoms is they BOTH wanted to have sex with the body, but they didn't want their man juices on each other. Afterall, having sex with a dead woman is awesome, but getting your twin brothers spunk on your penis is gross!
Whatever. You put thought into it too. Anyway, everyone knows that condoms are for keeping stuff out and keeping stuff in. It's not like it's a big leap of logic.
I'm sure there's plenty of stuff like 'improper disposal of a body' sorta thing they can levy against people still.. (please say yes..)
So question.. in your opinion.. when you die, do you become property instead of an entity? I mean.. property can't consent to how it's used, right? Fault is on the user.. ?
ya.. i dunno.. to much Whopner coming though, and I think I was just defending necrophilia.. not cool.
That's an interesting question about a corpse being someone's property. The real question is who's. If it belongs to the deceased's estate, then I guess he could give posthumous permission. If it belonged to someone else, then it depends if that consent was a condition of the transfer of property rights.
I can't believe I'm giving this much thought to this.
