Aaaaaaaagh.

Why, or even how, do I let such stupid futile, even trvial things become an 'issue' in my head, which just gets bigger and more difficult?

(And I mean the issue, not my head. I know I've got hydrocephalus but still..)

I would guess this is because you are human, and fallible.
I'm currently trying Very Hard not to get worked up by Workmate's behaviour. I know in my case I am irritable because I am tired (and not, as I typed and nearly failed to correct, tidy), and I know that I should know better...but I also know that tomorrow I will end up wanting to rearrange his internal plumbing with my newly sharpened chainsaw. Again.
Um...the wanting to rearrange the plumbing, not the sharpening. Although I did just sharpen it...again...um...

I can be like that. Sometimes I look back on stuff I got wound up about and think "why!!" Because it often seems insignificant, later on or a day or two on.

It's just the way we are, I guess. I think it helps sometimes to take a step back and try to see whether the thing is worth getting wound up about. SOmetimes it works for me!!

Anyway, feel better :-)

Because, if you didn't, you'd have nothing to worry about. And that would be worrying...
