Off to Joint Camp

Yes, that's it's name for all you snicikering out there. Today is one week from my surgery (gulp!) (terrified!) So, I have to go to a two-hour joint camp to find out all the fun things (most of which I know) about the lovely experience of total knee replacement surgery.
