first day of trident 2day... was well good. they gave us toast 4 breakfast n juice n stuff so we only started workin at 9:30 and we didnt do much lol. jus hoovered rooms n corridors, tuk rubbish out n stuff like that. we even learned how to put toilet paper into a point lmfao. n our break at 11 started at 10:50 and finished at 12:15 ( Read more... )

training was good tonight... not many people were there. lol. but the only thing was that it was hot! lol. i did 6 80m sprints (flat out :P) and then about 8 30m starts. i cant wait till saturday for the merseyside county schools :D i have to get 13.0!!!!!!!!!!! *fingers crossed* ok im tired now so ill update 2moro or summat
