Happy Holidays to you too! I hope you do get to see the DW special. I'd be looking for it too if I weren't barely a third of the way through S4.

Oh, S4 is wonderful, isn't it? I adore Donna and The Doctor together. She really gives as good as she gets, doesn't she? And the Adipose are just the cutest Little Bads ever! And I got S1 for Christmas! Whee! The DVDs are so expensive, I had only bought the David Tennant ones, because those are the ones I had seen and knew I wanted to keep, but now I've got the 9th Doctor ones and am having a ball picking out all the little continuity hints. I really love this show!

Yes, I love her! I felt bad for the Adipose in a way. It wasn't their fault, after all. And it's funny, much as Tennant has grown on me, I still miss Eccleston. And now it's time for another new Doctor already.

Well, apparently we're still getting Ten-nant for a series of specials and the new-new doctor doesn't actually come on board until 2010.

Ooo! Elena got me S1 for Christmas, so now I get to see what all the fuss about Eccleston is about! Although I adore Tennant like pancakes, I am enjoying the first season (and especially the little continuity hints that were mentioned later in the series. *g*)

I haven't seen it actually posted on the 'Net, but a friend of mine uploaded it so I grabbed it. The hilarious part is that both Davids played together in Blackpool and when Ten met up with Morrisey, "These Boots are Made for Walkin'" popped into my head (from their classic confrontation in Blackpool) and I laughed so hard I missed some of the dialogue. *g*

I found it http://www.supernovatube.com/play.php?viewkey=6d060f75860a9fa6b73a

Have you heard that a 26 year-old named Matt Smith will be #11? As I posted: Recalling how it all began with William Hartnell who was 55 at the time, the subsequent Doctors are getting younger and younger sort of like Benjamin Button. Number 12 will be 18 and then when he regenerates he'll be an embryo which is why Timelords only regenerate 12 times *g*

Oh, thanks! And the Christmas holiday season was great! In fact, presents ordered on line are still trickling in that didn't arrive before due to the holiday mail volume, so I'm frantically trying to figure out who they are for so I can give them to the right kid to open! Hee! (Plus, it avoids my having to open and then giftwrap the inside contents! *g*)

Hope you had a wonderful time as well!
