friends only
This is my private journal, where I can write about personal subjects I don't want to necessarily associate with my professional life. therefore, I may not add you back if I don't know you. It's nothing personal, I promise!
My journal is friends-only because I don't want everyone on the internet reading what I have to say and seeing pictures that I post, not to protect me from dissent with any opinions I may state.
So if you're some kind of soft-skinned wanker who's spent their entire life wrapped in cotton wool and you can't handle anyone disagreeing with you EVER without perceiving it as a personal attack and having a big old cry about it, don't add me as a friend. I'm a forthrightly honest, shoot-from-the-hip kind of gal, and I'm notorious for calling it how I see it. Hence, there is a very real possibility that at some point, I may post a comment in your journal that might upset you - I assure you, it's not my intent, I'm just very direct. So keep this in mind if you decide to add me or whatever. I'll never apologise for telling the truth, but baby, sometimes the truth hurts. :)
