Don't let this recipe scare you. There's a lot of stuff, but it makes up for it with the ease of prep.
Ginger Pesto
½ cup vegetable oil
½ t. salt
¼ cup minced ginger root
¼ cup minced green onions
¼ cup lightly packed minced cilantro
¼ t pepper
Place all ingredients into a food processer and pulse until blended.
