No sunroom but I would love one! As for the hot tub and swimming pool, I'm gonna say no thanks. I think I'd use the hot tub in particular, but the maintenance and upkeep of either of those is not great. If I were to win the $1B lottery I might reconsider (I could then hire a pool service!).
I'm supposing that if I could afford a pool, I'd be able to hire someone to look after it. Our friend was looking at a house to buy and then give to us. It had a gorgeous backyard pool, but we'd spent all our time and money taking care of it. I know how much Jeff pays on his!
OMG, I want an indoor pool so bad. Swimming is the only exercise I can make myself do regularly. If I ever win the lottery...
Don't like hot tubs; sitting around doing nothing while getting overheated is not my idea of relaxation.
Sun room - eh. If I could have a pool, it would be nice to have a miniature jungle at one end, with a "waterfall" for circulating the water, and that would need a lot of light. OTOH, I'd want to swim topless, so the windows would need to be above head-height.
It would be a lovely thing, but first we'd have to buy a house...Someone else would have to fiddle with it, though.
Our friends in Florida have a pool on their Florida porch and it's wonderful! They have a covered and shady eating area for when it's too hot of raining. they pretty much live out there.

I guess someone did win it, just one person, and it was here in California. None of my numbers, though.
I would love an indoor pool, but it would have to come with its own Maintenace Crew, preferrably young fit men in nice tight outfits. :DD

I'd love one... sigh... hell, I'd like a regular one.
I'll see what we can do about moving the sun. :P

As for the hot tub and sunroom, actually, yes to both, with bonus points if the tub is IN the room ^^

Sounds good to me.

Yes! As long as someone else takes care of it. lol
Would love a hot tub to soak when I'm sore.
Sunrooms are cool, but it's already hot here. Would have to have a way to shade, comfortable seating, and books. :)

Same here. It would have to be part of the contract. :D
Again, I agree. To be able to soak would be nice.
Exactly. Not being a heat fiend, I would have to be sure there was shade invovled.

Yes, those things are good as long as someone else takes care of them. :)
