Yes on the pool and hot tub as long as someone else maintains them. They'd be very therapeutic.

Any sun room would be lovely. I have no direct sunlight in my place.

Yes, no, and comfortable furniture for me and the cats.

No I wouldn't.
I once worked for a man who actually owned an indoor swimming pool. It was in his basement. Besides raising the humidity level inside his house to impossible to tolerate levels, it cost him an obscene amount of money to maintain.
Have you ever owned or wanted to own a hot tub (although maybe not in your dining room)?
Yes, I'd love to own a hot tub but I'd want it to be in a room detached from the rest of the house.
Do you have a sun room and what would it absolutely have to have if you were to install one?
What I'd really like to have is a greenhouse rather than a sun-room.

If money was no object there are two things I would have. An indoor swimming pool and a cinema room. I would swim every single day if I didn't have to get to a public pool and endure the changing rooms and general hassle of it all, not to mention the cost. And a cinema room because I love films. Proper cinema seating, a good sound system and a popcorn machine.

We don't have a sun room as such but we do have a small conservatory. Only about 6 feet by 10. It only gets the morning sun though but that does mean it's nice and cool to sit in there in the evenings when it's hot in summer.

I'd love an indoor pool, too, as long as someone else had to take care of it.

That sounds like a lovely room for long summer nights.
