It's okay. When something makes you sick, it's easy not to crave it.

1-Mostly chocolate! (I'm not the only one after looking at the answers!)
2-Microwavable.
3-I like variety: Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Mediterrean and of course American
4-The only foods I would avoid eating that would give me acid reflux or gut pain/IBS. But that would depend how its prepared or amount I eat of it.
5-Whatever they enjoy eating!

1. Um, shrimp? Chocolate? Ice cream? Pad thai? I can't pick one.
2. Throw stuff in a frying pan and saute it.
3. Again with the favorite thing. Szechuan, Mexican, Thai...
4. Low sodium (most of the time), no MSG in any of its myriad forms, not a huge sugar dump at one time.
5. I don't think there is any one thing that would improve every single cuisine.
