It's a word game. Improve your vocabulary (and, DUDE, some of the words are, uh, arcane, to say the very least!) and for each right word, they'll donate 20 grains of rice.

I could figure out some of the medical ones from their Latin roots. Others I guessed at and even more I either looked up in a dictionary or googled. Yeah, cheating, I guess. But all for a good cause!
