As most of you know D doesn't call me by my real name; he calls me Ola. His Dad and brother also call me by this pet name which is a short form of my real name

The local term of endearment is "Bab" and I made the mistake of telling my best friend D that I hated it - he's called me that ever since. Hmm, something wrong with that!

Otherwise the only alternate name people dare call me to my face is PK, and that's fine :D

When I was wee my dad used to call me Paddy, which stuck for years as a nickname (I was a bit of a tomboy)...lol, but apart from that I just get the usual shortening of my name ie; Pat or Patsy *grrrr*, I only really answer to Trish though.... :)
