I hope you fought the suspension This happened once to me on WebShots where they claimed I'd infringed and when I replied with the facts it was reinstated but not before I backed up on Flickr!
Sometimes its just a computer search 'glich' (ex: L@@KING for key words, # of hits, etc.) sometimes its just an unknown. But Like with the IRS, if you present your case as 'not guilty' you can get your account back.
I WANT my Spikelyover back on YouTube, Please, don't let this go. Fight for your RIGHTS! and those of Spikeylover fans!
