I was super freaked out about the mental health portion of my clinicals, and it ended up being one of the most boring and stupid clinical experience of them all. It's ok, though, because you can then see how that side of the world works. For me, personally, it made me a bit more aware of some things that I just was genuinely uninformed/uneducated on
