2013: a year of movies, books & music ♥

Time to look back at the cultural side (what I watched/listened/read) of the past year:

In 2013 I've watched 65 movies and read 22 books. Not bad at all, I couldn't keep the pace of 10 movies a month, but I tried to watch as many as I could between the ones I've always wanted to watch and the new releases. I also tried a 30 books a year

This year my list is practically nonexistant.
Guess reading for my thesis long time ago killed my reading skills. (But don't ask about fanfic) /XD\

Also I was barely able to go to the cinema and totally missed the big hits from your list. The same with music, basically work and fandom has me detached from reality. ^^;;

But what stole my attention from your books list is the book "Veracruz" OMG, this is the state where I live and for what I see googling around, seems it hasn't been translated in spanish and it belongs to a Pirate saga? OMG! :O I'm really intrigued!
And yes, Historical Veracruz > Contemporary Veracruz. XD;;

I've read good reviews from Mc Cartney's album and always forget to look it up. XD;;

You live in Veracruz?? That's cool! Yes, it's the first book of a pirate trilogy by Valerio Evangelisti, my fave contemporary Italian writer...I didn't know it has been translated! I love that saga, it's historical and very cruel but it's so entertaining and catchy *^*
Oh and Paul McCartney's new album is really awesome!

Yes! Currently I live 2 hours away but lived my teen years there and my parents still live in Veracruz. :D

Well, it's hasn't been translated, I could only find sites in Italian about it, hope some day I'll be able to read it! (probably it'll be easier to do so in Italian. XD;;)

Must remember about Mc Cartney's album. XD;;

You know, I'm addicted to my laptop as well :) I read mostly before sleeping in bed and when I'm on the bus/train going somewhere, I always try to bring a book or the ebook reader with me in case of long waits and spare time. But it's also very nice to put off the PC and go read somewhere comfortable from time to time :3

IT WAS GREAT. so surprising,I can`t do that.I just watched a few [lol!]no books [my eyes hurt so easily-"blurry eyes"],but really fond of listening to jpop-jrock for 30years [besides je music,well, I usually listen to many of jartists/veteran singers and even enka [long before]. lol again.
I`ll try to listen to Paul McCartney`s Album, he was my bias in Beatles during my teen life hahaha.

congrats dear! Is a good record I feel bad for me, I dont see movies in 2013 and I have to admit I dont read books either!! bad girl!! but Im happy you can do it!
