In the interview Shige confessed "I have the fetish for written letters".
If one day you'll feel the urge to ask Shige about the beauty of written letters like:
"But in those years isn't a mail the same?",
I recommend you to keep your mouth shut.
Because it seems that "When I'm asked like that I tend to explain the matter for a long long time without letting the other speak".
(Maybe it's because of the atmosphere but didn't I just see a pale aura spreading from Shige!?)
WU felt relieved: "Lucky! we didn't ask him that"

(Letter ->

"It's ok if I fall in love?")

Haikei (拝敬). Days spent in the rehearsals, the real action, the seats. This time for Seminar they let me prepare the goods. It's a notebook but it is printed with scribbles really done by myself and it will be sold just like this. There are also some pictures I took with my brand new camera. A pigeon. Poppo-chan.
It was my idea to write on the cover of that notebook "Haikei" (拝啓 "Ladies & Gentlemen") and on the back "Keigu" (拝具 "Truly yours").
But in reality at first...I wrote 拝敬 instead of 拝啓. Without a reason I just thought:
"There are so many characters with 敬 in them!" and since nobody of the adults around me spoke the notebook was submitted like that.
The next day the manager: "Kato-san, you mistaked the kanjis...".
I was so ashamed, just me who writes essays.
But here you are. To whom didn't felt out of place to that opening, I'm the same class of you. Let's do our best with Japanese language.
Keigu (拝具 "Truly yours").

[How to make a poor translator crazy: starting the essay with a kanji that doesn't exist, thank you Kato-san :D ]

I talked about the fishing day in the last issue but I'll do it this time again. I went to Miyakejima with Ohno-kun. Near Miyakejima there is an isle called Mikurashima, it's quite all surrounded by precipitous cliffs and it's famous for his dolphins. Around Mikurashima there were 何十頭 or 何白頭 dolphins (There's a difference, I know but I forgot the right kanji) always wandering. Fishing there we encountered the dolphins groups many times. It was wonderful, everytime I was excited. Until then the 21-28 years old guys were all fishing silently but we our eyes began to sparkle and we clapped to them. Looking at them you can't help but smile. There were so many of them. Sometimes they came so near that we could touch them. So near. I wonder how many times.
Times ago in a essay I put a photo of carps gathered around me and I titled it "Popular moment". This was my second Popular moment.
Ah, damn. There's no more trace of it...
Hoping that next time it will be with human beings.

[I think that those kanji are to explain the kind of dolphin but if he doesn't remember the kanji how am I supposed to translate it? :P ]
