Duet 2010.07 - FIRED UP NEWS

YAMAPI

1. Something "hot" recently.
Of course the movie Ashita no Joe! Since before the filming I went to the gym, I read the script and prepared myself. Doing all this little by little I became more passionate towards this work. In reality, it grew stronger even after the beginning of the filming and now it is at his peek. It's very hard to my physique but it worths it. But thanks to that everyday my muscles ache (T_T).

2. A "passionate" episode?
Until now the most passionate things were about my beloved dance. When I was at my 1st year in medium school it was in vogue street dance and me and my friends too used to gather at the near station or park to practice. You know, there were also big buildings with glass walls, at nights they turned into big mirrors. During medium school we did that quite everyday. Dancing was very funny and we were passionate but being busy with work I gradually stopped to go there and in the end I gave up. I didn't dance outside of work from my 17 to my 20s but then I realized: "I can't go on like this, I'm negletful". I couldn't do only the things I had to, I had to do also what I wanted. Since then I started to go to individual dance lessons. I have responsabilities towards my feelings, conditions and my tastes so now I learnt how to use my energies in the "appropriate" way. Maybe becoming adult I became good at understanding myself.

i missed Pi's passionate speeches <3 I love him like this!

3. Some "passionate" people around you?
Basically, all my friends are passionate people. Included all the people with whom I worked. For example, right now for the movie, Kagawa Teruyuki-san is very passionate. He is towards work, acting, everything in life! He's so cool. And me? Well, I have hot and cold sides. I think I'm super cold towards the things that don't interest me. I'm selfish but I just want to go on doing the things I love with all my heart. Maybe I'm kinda cold also towards love. Ah, no, for example if I'm rejected by a girl I really like I will definitively chase her without giving up (lol). I'm passionate but it depends on the case and the time.

Lol Yamapi stalker...who wants a stalker like that? *raise hand*

4. The right way to make you "hot"?
Once I lost interest in something it's kinda impossible to make me return passionate about it. When I listen to something I used to like but then no more I end up to think "noisy". I'm so selfish (lol). Since I understand this I always try to be at my best condition. When I'm busy I keep under control my health, like trying to have enough sleep, doing the things I like at least a little everyday, those are my efforts.

5. Soon it'll be summer, what do you want to do?
I'd like to continue boxing even after the filming of the movie. At work when you have to struggle and keep the character it's difficult. But if I do it in my private life I can go with my own pace. I did boxing also before but this was the first time I did it seriously and I intend to go on. And then I'd like to travel! I didn't do it at all (T_T). If I'll have a long holiday I want to go abroad but I think it'll be impossible...

KOYAMA

1. Something "hot" recently.
Right now I'm playing videogames a lot, because for my birthday I received gamesofts from friends. Since until now I lived without playing videogames I always thought: "I'm not the type good with games" (lol). But now I also go buying them by myself. My favourite are action games. I always play a little before going to sleep but in the end it's so funny that now I lack sleep (lol).

Take out your gerk side :D

2. A "passionate" episode?
I'm passionate going everyday to film "news every.". I went to interview a young man who produces tuna and in Naganoken I was invited to see the Onbashira festival, it was a great stimulus. That festival is once every 7 years, the union's strenght of the people of the area was great. Living in a city it's impossible to feel sense of union with people of the same area. For this I thought that this festival where different people became an only body was amazing. Every week I can't wait to know who other I will meet.

3. Some "hot" people around you?
Without doubts Shige and my university friends. Because the organized the best birthday party ever for my 26th anniversary. I didn't expect it at all~... I came back home thinking "This year I had such a quiet birthday" and suddenly "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!", eh? I was so surprised that I was in panic and couldn't say anything (lol). I blushed but I was super-duper happy. I felt that everybody thinks to me more than what I thought. Shige held fantasy ballons, he told that he dash there but he did in time (lol). I'm so happy to have such hot friends!

This totally sent me AWWWWWs *_*

4. The right way to make you "hot"?
Listening to Matsuda Seiko's songs. In the new song by 失島美容室 I heard the voice of princess Seiko-san and I liked it. I listen to many songs of the past, they're great and I like them so much. Seiko-san's songs have a great melody line. Listening to them I feel like singing, it's great. There are so many famous songs, right now my playlist is wonderful, you know? "Akai sweet pie", "Shiroi parasol", "Me wa diamond"...all by Seiko-san (lol). Maybe today I'll listen to them before sleeping. I must do good dreams for sure, right?

Didn't find what that means...think is a group...

5. Soon it'll be summer, what do you want to do?
Maybe golf. I went together with the staff of "news every." and I liked it. I don't have any experience with that but I'm happy that they invited me again. If I have all the kit and the objects then I can polish my skills. I have to search time to do some course and I want to practice it more. My skills? I'm able to make the ball fly but since I played baseball I swing like that. I have to fix it... I'm sure that if I exercise and take courses I'll be good.

TEGOSHI

1. Something "hot" recently.
Soccer matches! Recently I went to the Kajima Antlers stadium to support my friends and it was very cool. Like "Hey hey!!", the supporters were all passionate. They won too so we got very excited~ On 11 June the World Championship in South Africa will begin, so bad, I can't wait no more (lol). I'll see it for sure! Then recently my friend who play as pro came to practice with my soccer team. His shoots were perfect and his kicks were so powerful, I was excited: "Indeed he's a representative player of Japan".

2. A "passionate" episode?
Something I started to be passionate of, playing them quietly alone, are videogames. So sad (lol) I love soccer games but my favourite right now it's one about the trains in all Japan. It's a pretty old game but it became a kind of study. You can learn about the seats of prefectural government or the important buildings, I recommend it to people who are bad with memorizing names. Me too, when I was little, memorized them with it.

3. Some "hot" people around you?
Since I love hot people, all my friends are people with passionate hearts. My soccer friends are a lot~ Usually when it's somebody's birthday they gather, do the stupids and celebrate together. Just before it was the birthday of one of my friends and we gathered in 20, all boys. I sang NEWS' "Happy Birthday" for him. Of course I replaced the "kimi" in "kimi no happy birthday" with the name of the guy (lol). They celebrate my birthday every year too. Last year they gave me a soccer ball signed by all of them. Every time I feel moved. They are really the best friends ever! Then, something that moved me recently was TegoMasu tour. No matter where we played, everybody welcomed us with bright warm smiles. TegoMasu fans are really the best.

4. The right way to make you "hot"?
During my sad times, difficult ones, when I'm happy...no matter when, if I can meet my friends I naturally feel better again, I can be the real Tegoshi Yuya. I know my soccer friends from so much time...but it's not because of that, they're important because they're the only people to whom I can totally open my heart and show everything of me. I can confide every little worry and it's the same for them. There were also time when I played the role of Cupid for my friends. I told to the girl "That side of him is great!" like if I was selling him (lol). Since this happens constantly, every time I listen to my friends' love troubles I feel excited.

When Tesshi talks about his friends I'm happy he has them but...his usual speech "showing my real self" and stuff makes me go meeeh :\ I don't like to think that the image he has it's totally fake somehow...

5. Soon it'll be summer, what do you want to do?
Last summer I was busy with the tour so this time I was to enjoy it. I want to go to the sea, do a barbecue, a lot of things! With my friends we're talking about doing a lot of outdoor activities, I can't wait! I love place where there are a lot of people having fun because there you can sense the happiness of everybody.

RYO

1. Something "hot" recently.
Che Guevara, Napoleon, Mao Zedong...I really like people called revolutionist. "How to start a revolution?" or "A lot of people are living in this way, what can I do?", I searched a lot of things like these. I'm one of those people who is always searching things on internet. The start was a sake bottle on my table during dinner. I looked at it twice and on the label there was written "Napoleon Bonaparte" so I thought: "Why Napoleon?? (lol)". And from that I started to search about revolutionists. The beginning was pointless but the research was really interesting. Right now my favourite is Mao. When I went in China before I bought a magnet with his face and now it's hung on my fridge. So everytime I want to pick something I meet Mao Zedung (lol).

Ryo never fails to amuse me XD nobody told him that Mao is not a very entirely positive figure? :D

2. A "passionate" episode?
I'm a iron-like boy. Even if I get passionate about something I get cold about it soon. If I look back to this year, boiled eggs on instant ramen...only about food there were so many things that I loved. About boiled eggs, in their peek of interest I arrived to bring plastic box with a lot boiled eggs with me so that I could eat them everywhere. After that I can't eat anymore even 1 of them (lol). Ah! Maybe I'm still passionate about snowboard. This year I went plenty of times. Now the season is over so I had to coolen up. The last time I went there it rained so much that I could slide only 2 times. Since this left me with a regret I think I'll continue it next year.

Barf :X all those eggs :X

3. Some "hot" people around you?
Shuzo Matsuoka-san. I didn't meet him but I watch him in TV and he's supported by many people, he must be cool. Recently I saw him in a variety show and he was teaching tennis, I thought: "Until now he was seriously passionate and he can be a guide. This passion is wonderful!". I thought I want to be a dad like him. Then, my friend. He never moved too much but suddenly he applicated for the Tokyo Marathon 2010. He was chosen between 8 people. He was very lucky but since that day he practices running everyday 10 km. That very day will be his first time running an entire marathon, his goal is to score 3:40 h. Isn't this really cool? He's very passionate.

4. The right way to make you "hot"?
I'm always passionate. Basically my tension is always high. In the past I couldn't hold it, my feelings were always visible in my face and behaviour. When I "overdid" it I always had to apologize...because I'm a coward (lol). Ah, I found a way to make me hot! When I eat a cup of YakiSoba! Adding spices and a lot of mayonnaise...now I want to eat it so much!!

5. Soon it'll be summer, what do you want to do?
I want to learn French. Then if I'll have a long holiday I want to go to France, right now I'm studying it a little by myself. Of course with internet. But since it's better to hear the pronounce I'd like to go to a course.

SHIGE
1. Something "hot" recently.
Lately I started to run. When I went out with Koyama I bought a running jearsey. That one has on the inside a chip that when you run sends to your music player your pace and the calories you burnt. Lately the weather is so hot and running is exhausting but I found a good tecnique! I run listening to movie's critique's radio show and, at least for me, it's very funny and exciting (lol). In this way I can check the informations about movies while I run and possibly going then to see the ones I'm interested to. Until now I was able to clear my aim of "10 movies in a month", it's great.

Ehm...yes...NEXTTT!!!

2. A "passionate" episode?
I was passionate everyday during the filming of Troubleman. The last scene made my heart go dokidoki. Thanks to this I was able to be in good mood for all the time and safely finish the work! In those months I was always busy with the filming but I also went out and moved and I noticed that like that every time I came back home I was in a good mood (lol). If you go out then you can concentrate better on the work than if you stay all day at home...Going outside and having stimulus is important. This summer I want to travel and visit many places and learn new things.

3. Some "hot" people around you?
Director SABU. He has a different type of "passion" to the one of our generation. He looks quiet and cold on the surface but he's very passionate towards his work. The energy he pour inside his works is amazing. Being able to work with him I felt: "I want to become like him!". With SABU-san there are so many exciting stories to tell, from acting to fishing (lol). I promised to his 6 years old son to go with him to the low tide fishing and to search kabutomushi, I can't wait to be able to do it!

Shige + 6 yrs old boy = LOVE

4. The right way to make you "hot"?
When I want to feel better or to switch mood I drink coffee. Not bought one but the one I prepare by myself with the mill. Recently I love the French roast which is very bitter and I like to take it black. I like coffee since I was a student but I learnt to grind it by myself from Matsuda-kun's movie "Otonari". Looking at him grinding coffee with a vintage mill I thought "kakkoi!" (lol). I searched for that same object but I couldn't find it so I bought a normal mill. If I'll find it one day I'll buy it for sure!

Ehm...yeah....

5. Soon it'll be summer, what do you want to do?
Right, camera and travels I think. Since the ending of the filming I wanted to reward myself with something and I thought a lot. It'd be great to go to a trip alone or change my fridge or bed...I'd also want a new camera. One I always wanted is a Leica. If I buy it I could go in some island alone and take a lot of pictures, it's be the best.

MASSU

1. Something "hot" recently.
A thing I love lately is TegoMasu tour. From our fist date in Osaka to everywhere it was funny and hot. In our 1st live we wanted to show how a "TegoMasu live is like" and in this 2nd too we wanted a stage TegoMasu-like. We can feel the same feelings of the fans being in the same atmosphere all together.

2. A "passionate" episode?
I'm very good and I like hyper yoyo but right now my favourite things are Mini-4WD! I was really into it from kindergarten to 6th elementary. I loved to personally choose motor and tires between a lot of pieces and dye them in my favourite colors. Building them from the start was so funny. I put in my case the ones I created and went to my friends' house to play together. My own mini-4WD were pretty good. I was also asked from adults: "Were di you buy it?". During the 4th year I also partecipated to a tournment. Unfortunately I arrived 2nd...Ah, maybe a Mini-4WD boom will come again? I still have my beloved cars, I'd want to do it again. It'd be funny to go to a tournment and be surrounded bykids.

Ahahah so kid like <3

3. Some "hot" people around you?
If it's about passionate people, Tegoshi for sure. He's passionate about everything always. The image I have the most of him recently is when he sings live rock songs. He let all his voice go out! It makes you think: "Singing like that won't hurt him!?" (lol). Being on stage with such a Tegoshi makes of course me too feel so passionate. Also when we're in meetings and he says "I want to do this" he is excited. TegoMasu are really fired up.

This was really sweet ^^

4. The right way to make you "hot"?
To me, when I have to change clothes and I fashion myself up. It's like a switch: "Yeah! Let's go!". For this if I employ lot of time to change my clothes my tension goes down (lol). Well, btw when I go out to the stage I'm ok again soon. Then, of course eating good food. After the live in Osaka I ate my beloved hotaru ika in a sushi bar, I was so happy. If during the tour I can eat a lot of good things I'll be fired up without doubts!

5. Soon it'll be summer, what do you want to do?
I'm doing sit-ups for the summer and my motivation is high. During the drama RESCUE I did 300 push-ups everyday and 100 sit-ups and doing it became routine. When the drama ended I gradually stopped (lol). But since a month before the tour I started again to train my physique. Even during the free time on tour since I didn't know what to do other than take baths, I did muscle training. Even if only 10 at day if I can go on everyday I will shape up for sure. Then during the live I wave my arms so many times that I train also arms and back. I'm happy for this (lol).

Note: This interview was all around a word than in Japanese means:  hot, being fired up, passion, passionate...so I trusted your intelligence and sometimes I wrote "hot" instead of "passionate" and blablabla :D I'm sure you'll understand although my fails :D

And YEY for those super HOT scans! And YEY because finally I have something to share <3

A little extra~~

On 1 May Koyama-kun celebrated his 26th birthday!

"Oh? Shige and TegoMasu, will you celebrate with me?" Asked the good Kei-chan (1)

"Yosh! Go and switch off the candles!" they said but then those 3 blew quickly before him (2)

"Wait...(Last year too Tegoshi did it...)" complain Kei-chan while the other 3 smile (3)

Then all 4 got excited: "Wahahahah this 3rd pic is the best! (lol)".

Kei-chan, omedetou <3
