NEWS favourite songs in FIGHTING MAN
Shige - "Ai wa shimpuruna care raisu" - I like weird songs like this, distorted songs (lol). Like when it says "Your pimples are my fault". But I can understand something like this. I think that I'm like that too.
Massu - "Wake up" - I like it since when I heard the demo the first time. The sound is full but it's also simple, it makes me really happy!
Koyama - "Ai wa shimpuruna care raisu" - I think this song has a Tegomasu-style title. I like the idea of sweet moments with a cute girlfriend like "Today I cooked so please just sit down". Nice metaphore!
Yamapi - "Gamushara Chachacha" - I like the title, it's somehow cute. Then, I think that "going ahead recklessly" is a good thing.
Tegoshi - "Wake Up" - It's a great song, NEWS already have many cheering songs I think they kinda symbolize us. I think that listening to it can make you think: "From tomorrow I'll do my best!".
Ryo - "Wintermoon" - I love it. It's my 5th (lol). Yes, it's a song with a taste we never had before, I like this.
INTERVIEW
-Firstly, tell us your impressions about the Dome tour.
S: Wah~ It was so many time we hadn't lives that I've been the whole time like in a dream, just in the very middle I realized we were really doing it.
M: It was really funny. Somehow I missed everybody.
K: It felt like a reunion.
T: It was super funny!
P: To me too! We had a great time!
R: When we flew high it was a cool feeling. Cool (lol). We went high enough to see the people on the 3rd row.
[He repeats it because he said something grammatically uncorrect XD]
R - K: Being at their same eyes-line was really great!
P: Uhuhuhhuhu (lol)
T: You talked together (lol). I'm happy we could go that much closer to them!
P: I think we were the first to fly so high inside the Tokyo Dome. It was a real attraction. It was exciting!
-You sang the new single Fighting Man in Tokyo Dome for the first time too.
K: We did~!
P: Perform that live at Tokyo Dome was of course wonderful.
T: It was the first time so also the fans were curious: "What kind of song will it be?"
S: Right, since it was the first time the audience was thrilled, I'm sure it will be more and more exciting everytime we sing it.
M: I sang that wondering what kind of response it would have on the public. It was funny.
P: Yes, everybody smiled. Seeing so many smiles we feel like smiling too! Chiss! (We don't know why he said that...)

-What's the point in the dance?
T: During the chorus we do steps that the fans can dance too.
P: We wanted a choreography to dance all together.
K: And we also wanted to do a fighting pose.
-The pose in "Itande, naite naide?" is nice too.
M: Yes, it's cute.
K: Please learn that too!
-Which is your favourite line, the one that cheers you singing it?
P: "Don't look back". That's the most effective.
K: To me "Boukansha ja NO NO". You can't be only a spectator, you have to take action.
M: I like the "Itande, naite" part and "Joushiki nante kowashite". They're easy to sing and funny!
T: I like when it goes "Koi no ABO"! (grins)
P: Ah right there! (lol)
T: Eh, is it different? (lol)
S: It is! Too bad (lol)
T: I like the big chorus! I like the lyrics and the meaning of going on facing ahead!
R: I like the part when me and Tegoshi sing together. It's a nice feeling. (grins)
T: Right? I usually do the harmony, do that for other 5 people is really amusing.
S: I like my part too. Maybe it's because I got used to sing it. When it goes: "Kangai nankani fukette, koukai nante shinaide", the melody grows on from there.
R: (Sings loudly) Dantotsuna supiido de~
S: (Continues singing) Machigai janai jounetsu daite~
R: (Very very loud) HACHAMECHA NI IKE~~~~~~ (And he goes on...)

-Some advice to sing Fighting Man at karaoke?
S: There's no need to sing it well, just efforts and excitment!
P: Right, expecially excitment! The song also says "Nori de ikeba iinjanai?", exactly, you just have to put enthusiasm in it.
T: Maybe it's better if you sing the English parts and the Japanese ones separately?
S: It can be parted between boys and girls for example.
K: Sing all together loudly.
P: Like "Wiiiiiiiiih!" Chiss! (lol)

P: I think that being in two groups takes really extraordinary efforts, we want to support him as much as possible.
M: (looks to Nishikido smiling embarrassed) Now the thing I said sounds like the worst one (lol)

-There's something you'd like to say to the others as the biggest brother?
P: I want us to have fun together, never lie and be a truly group.
T: We officially have a leader and a MC, but I want to go on supporting them from the back!

-Nishikido-kun, what is your ambition for your 26 years?
R: Ambition? I don't think that one year changes anything.
-Ok, tell us your ambition as the oldest in NEWS!
R: No, we always say that Koyama is the oldest, it'd be weird to take his place.
K-S: Ahahaahah (lol)
R: I think that like this, with Koyama being the one who pulls us together as the oldest and me helping from where I can't be seen, is the best. Done? Ok? Thanks!

P: That's what I think hearing this song! Firstly, LOVE is Curry Rice!
T: "Wintermoon" it's a kind of song that we barely sang before, a very adultish love ballad. The lyrics are kinda erotic too.
R: Yes, I like that song!
M: We sang it trying to express the right atmosphere.
